I've also grown up in Wisconsin, and I don't think there's really anything that could be considered "Wisconsin style" when it comes to pizza. Even Rocky Rococo's is kind of a Detroit style pizza, I suppose.

Local bars around here usually offer a thin crust variant, and then there's a bunch of terrible chains.

We can definitely claim beer brats and cheese curds, though! ;)

I haven't had poutine in Canada, but I'd think the gravy would have a significant effect on that. There's a lot of variation on how one could make gravy; if it's seasoned a certain way, I imagine it could be really tasty. Same with the fries used.

I went on a whirlwind business trip to Port Hardy a few years back, I
was administering systems at wind farms and we had a big one up there.

So am I, and my favorite is San Francisco Style. Or what other folks tend to call "French Bread Pizza". Have tried gluten-free crusts before and found them to be far too chewy. Though I DO like Pesto, Ricotta, and Tempe.
