wcEvent seems to be more stable in the background on Windows XP, so finally triggers it correctly.

I tried to pop by a while back but I think your firewall went a bit mad, managed to get on not long ago as I'm looking to get the Twitter posting script back (catpost I think it was).

CatPot is the wcCODE mod that posts textfiles to WINServer message bases.
The Twitter mod you are looking for is called TweetCat!. Both are available for downloading from my BBS.
