I have uploaded a third-party/custom external program menu mod for Synchronet.

Features include:
* cleaner external program menu display
* configurable title and footer text
* configurable one-column/two-column layout behavior
* scrolling support
* name-based color selector for Synchronet Ctrl-A color codes
* automatic creation of the JSON configuration file when saved
This is intended as a custom mod for sysops who want an alternate external program menu. It is not an official replacement for the Synchronet repository version.
