Detect terminal audio-file support during terminal auto-detection
Appends APC SyncTERM:Q;libsndfile to the connect-time probe burst and
parses the CSI = 7 ; 100 ; <0|1> n reply in the same drain, so the
capability costs no additional round trip.
A CTerm version compare would not be sufficient. SyncTERM can be built
without libsndfile or fail to load it at runtime, and in that case the
audio APCs are accepted and silently ignored, so a version gate would
pass while nothing played.
Recorded as Terminal::audio_apc (the terminal answered the query at all, leaving room for Synth tones later) and Terminal::audio_files (it can
decode audio files), and exposed to JavaScript as console.audio_files.
