    Added CyberNet (zone 40) with information provided by Chad Adams.

    I changed the name from "Cyber-Net" to "CyberNet" because this value is used
    as the 5D domain name which is limited to 8 characters. Everything else is
    as Chad provided it.

    Fix the 404 error retrying Micronet info packet (MININFO.ZIP not mininfo.zip)

    I'm not sure if the file was renamed at some point or what, but apparently
    it's currently named in ALL CAPS.
