me. I will never shop at Walmart - and that's been my stand for over 20 years.

The retailer that I worked at piloted a curbside pickup 15 years ago. I think we had it in 10 stores. Places like large institutions (like rehab centers) loved it. They put their orders in on line and then drove the big van over to the store to have them load it up.

And then there was the online order that was beer, chips, liquor, more chips, more alcohol, more chips, etc.. Must have been a good party.

It's a great invention, but a big store like Wal Mart must have known that it was going to help them keep their sales up even if a customers, for some unknown reason, just might happen to be unwilling to walk inside of the stores for a the next couple of years.

(They made a phenominal prediction.)
