    Something I don't understand about Christian music though: Do they all just share each others songs freely? There are like 10 different

    I suppose the copyright reach is circa 100 years at most from the cease of
    the author. Afterwards it is public domain.
    And in my honest opinion there are afterwards problems to determine which of that version that exists (like from different copies accross) what is the real original.
    I saw someone adding a whole passages to existing classicals music. And then
    if that gets favaorite to differentiate it from the real piece.

    That is just my opinion

    Just my 2 cents, but as a song writer, I would love for someone to do
    my work! And as a Christian, if it blesses someone? Then heck - use it
    for free!
