Title: Potato Varai (Jaffna Style)

1 lb Potato
2 Chiles; up to 3
2 tb Coconut; grated
1 Onion
1/2 ts Mustard seeds
1 ts Urad dal
2 tb Ghee
Salt
Boil and then grate the potatoes. Mince the onion and green chiles.
Fry the mustard seeds and dal. When the seed stop popping, add onion
and chiles. When onion is clear, add potatoes, coconut, and salt.
Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
