2 Plantains
- (green cooking bananas)
1 Onion
2 tb Coconut; grated
2 Green chiles
3 Dry chiles
1 ts Urad dal
1/8 ts Mustard seeds
2 tb Ghee
Salt
Curry leaves
Cut plantains in half and boil. Peel and grate when cool. Mince the
onion and chiles. Fry the mustard seeds and dal until the seeds stop
popping, then add onion and chiles. Fry for 10 minutes. Add
plantains, salt, coconut, onion, and chiles. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
