    3 tb Chinchalok
    2 Shallots; sliced
    3 Chilli padi; finely sliced
    2 Limes; juice of
    1 pn Sugar; or to taste
    -(optional)

    In a bowl, place all ingredients together and mix well. Taste.

    Serve with BBQ stingray, congee or any BBQ dishes.
