    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Parmesan-Bacon Bubble Bread
    Categories: Breads, Pork, Cheese, Herbs
    Yield: 16 servings

    169 oz Loaf frozen bread dough
    1/4 c Butter; melted
    3/4 c Shredded Parmesan cheese
    6 sl Bacon; cooked, finely
    - crumbled, divided
    1/3 c Fine chopped green onions;
    - divided
    2 tb Grated Parmesan cheese
    2 tb Salt-free herb seasoning
    - blend
    1 1/2 ts Sugar
    Alfredo sauce or marinara
    - sauce; opt

    Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface; divide and
    shape into 16 rolls. Place butter in a shallow bowl. In
    a large bowl, combine shredded Parmesan, half the bacon,
    half the green onion, grated Parmesan, seasoning blend
    and sugar. Dip dough pieces in melted butter, then toss
    with cheese mixture to coat. Stack pieces in a greased
    9-in. cast-iron skillet.

    Cover with a kitchen towel; let rise in a warm place
    until almost doubled, about 45 minutes. Heat oven to
    350ºF/175ºC. Bake until golden brown, 20-25 minutes.
    Top with remaining bacon and green onions. Serve warm,
    with Alfredo or marinara sauce if desired.

    Title: Spanish Rice Dinner
    Categories: Beef, Rice, Vegetables, Chilies
    Yield: 4 servings

    1 lb Ground beef
    1 1/2 c Cooked long grain rice
    14 1/2 oz Can stewed tomatoes
    14 1/2 oz Can cut green beans;
    - drained
    1 tb Dried minced onion
    1 tb Sugar
    1 ts Salt
    1 ts Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 ts Ground mustard
    1/4 ts Garlic powder
    1/8 ts Pepper
    1/8 ts Hot pepper sauce

    In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no
    longer pink; drain. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5-10
    minutes or until heated through.

    Title: Chilli Beef Noodle Skillet
    Categories: Beef, Pasta, Vegetables, Chilies, Cheese
    Yield: 8 servings

    8 oz Egg noodles
    2 lb Ground beef
    1 md Onion; chopped
    1/4 c Chopped celery
    2 cl Garlic; minced
    28 oz Can diced tomatoes;
    - undrained
    1 tb Chilli spice mix
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Pepper
    1 c Shredded Cheddar cheese

    Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile,
    in a large skillet, cook the beef, onion, celery and
    garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink and
    vegetables are tender; drain. Add the tomatoes, chili
    powder, salt and pepper. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or
    until heated through.

    Drain noodles; stir into beef mixture and heat through.
    Remove from the heat. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and
    let stand for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

    Title: Enchilada Chicken
    Categories: Poultry, Herbs, Cheese
    Yield: 4 servings

    4 Boned, skinned chicken
    - breast halves (6 oz ea)
    2 ts Southwest chipotle seasoning
    - blend
    1 tb Olive oil
    1/4 c Enchilada sauce
    1/2 c Shredded sharp Cheddar
    - cheese
    2 tb Minced fresh cilantro

    Sprinkle chicken with seasoning blend. In an ovenproof
    skillet, brown chicken in oil. Top with enchilada sauce,
    cheese and cilantro.

    Bake at 350ºF/175ºC for 18-20 minutes.

    Title: Confetti Kielbasa Skillet
    Categories: Poultry, Vegetables, Beans, Rice, Herbs
    Yield: 4 servings

    1 tb Oil
    7 oz Smoked turkey kielbasa; in
    - 1/4" slices
    1 md Onion; halved, sliced
    1/2 c Sliced baby portobello
    - mushrooms
    2 cl Garlic; minced
    1/2 c Chicken broth
    3/4 ts Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb
    - seasoning blend
    15 oz Can black beans; rinsed,
    - drained
    8 13/16 oz Box ready-to-serve brown
    - rice
    1 c Frozen corn
    1/2 c Chopped, roasted, red bell
    - peppers
    4 ts Minced fresh cilantro

    In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add
    kielbasa, onion and mushrooms; cook and stir 4-6 minutes
    or until vegetables are tender. Add garlic; cook 1
    minute longer.

    Add broth and seasoning blend, stirring to loosen
    browned bits from pan. Bring to a boil; cook 2-3 minutes
    or until liquid is almost evaporated. Stir in remaining
    ingredients; heat through.

    Title: Skillet-Roasted Lemon Chicken w/Potatoes
    Categories: Poultry, Citrus, Vegetables, Herbs
    Yield: 4 servings

    1 tb Olive oil; divided
    1 md Lemon; thin sliced
    4 cl Garlic; minced, divided
    1/4 ts Grated lemon zest
    1/2 ts Salt; divided
    1/4 ts Pepper, divided
    8 Boned, skinned chicken
    - thighs (4 oz ea)
    1/4 ts Dried rosemary; crushed
    1 lb Fingerling potatoes; halved
    - lengthwise
    8 Cherry tomatoes
    Minced fresh parsley; opt

    Set oven @ 450ºF/232ºC.

    Grease a 10" cast-iron or other ovenproof skillet with 1
    teaspoon oil. Arrange lemon slices in a single layer in
    skillet.

    Combine 1 teaspoon oil, 2 minced garlic cloves, lemon
    zest, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper; rub
    over chicken. Place over lemon.

    In a large bowl, combine rosemary and the remaining oil,
    garlic, salt and pepper. Add potatoes and tomatoes; toss
    to coat. Arrange over chicken. Bake, uncovered, 25-30
    minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and potatoes
    are tender. If desired, sprinkle with minced parsley
    before serving.

    Title: Peach Upside-Down Cake
    Categories: Cakes, Desserts, Fruits
    Yield: 8 servings

    3/4 c Butter; softened, divided
    1/2 c (packed) brown sugar
    2 c Sliced, peeled, fresh
    - peaches
    3/4 c Sugar
    1 lg Egg; room temp
    1 ts Vanilla extract
    1 1/4 c A-P flour
    1 1/4 ts Baking powder
    1/4 ts Salt
    1/2 c Milk

    Melt 1/4 cup butter; pour into an ungreased 9-in. round
    baking pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Arrange peach
    slices in single layer over sugar.

    In a large bowl, cream sugar and remaining butter until
    light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in egg and vanilla.
    Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; add to
    creamed mixture alternately with milk, beating well
    after each addition. Spoon over peaches.

    Bake @ 350ºF/175ºC until a toothpick inserted in the
    center comes out clean, 45-50 minutes. Cool for 10
    minutes before inverting onto a serving plate. Serve
    warm.
