If you are the hub for a network, which node do you set as the '-def' entry for the echo entries for that network? Do you have to set one at all if you are the hub?

It looks like it's really only used for AdvancedAreafix which would let your hub delete the area from your system. I don't have
AdvancedAreafix enabled for any node, so -def really doesn't service a purpose.
