    Has anyone seen this error before?

    Error: 201 range check error when running lord? on both dosemu2 and dosbox-x.. it does work in local mode

    What version of LORD? There are a couple of versions that have issues under dosemu (and OS/2). 4.07 (the last public release) is among them. the 4.08 beta version addresses that issue, but never was released publicly.

    you're very wrong about that. I don't know why you think that.
    There's a guy that complained about it having that issue and he created 4.8 and put it on the site.

    plus you can download it from several bbses.
    i've even uploaded the 32bit version of lord and the linux version of lord
    all over.

    this is 4.08. the archive is labeled 407 but it's 4.08

    There was a link to download it on the main site but it's hard to find on archive.org
