According to one friend it has been learned that Public Mobile now has a 25$ plan for 25GB, up to 100Mbps, and "unlimited" via throttling.

I see the $25 25GB plan on Public Mobile's website, but it doesn't have unlimited data. You'll see some things in the fine print about unlimited data, but the plan would need to explicitly state it includes unlimited data.

Of course they do offer promotional plans to existing customers, so he may
very well have it, but doesn't seem to be available to the general public.
