    Those are the general terms and conditions, section 10 would apply only to plans that offer unlimited data.

    You'll notice the superscript after each line refers to a different part of the terms and conditions. Section 12 for the 5G data speeds, section 10 for unlimited data & section 2 for unlimited talk & text.

    None of the plans on their website currently offer unlimited data, only "Unlimited Talk & Text(2)". If they did offer unlimited data, it wouldn't be buried in the terms & conditions.
