I'm waiting to hear "Congress replaced by AI." If programmed right, AI could do a kick ass job at representing us compared to the gold bar collectors that we have now.

We could have replaced them with the monkeys from the zoo and gotten the same results. And the monkeys would have worked for bananas.

I used to think that congress' salaries were a big waste of money, but after seeing the Biden/Harris admin make trillions of dollars disappear, Congress ain't so bad.

(At least we can trace our money back to their payroll.)

Report warns thousands of Wall Street jobs could soon be replaced by AI

I dunno. While not impressed by the current crop, if the AI learns how to
act by observing them I cannot see it being much better.

If it learns how to act by being programmed by others, it will just pick up their political biases and be just as bad, if not worse, than what we have
    now.

Yes, that is true. What we really need is some kind of automated programmatic congress that votes on things based on input from constituents, and keeps a paper trail of what they (we) say to prove that they're acting on our behalf.

But too many are millionaires on a gov't salary, so they are getting extra money from somewhere and my guess the source of that money is our tax dollars funneled through a few companies.

That and they make side hustles, like Bob Menendez demonstrated.

Congress is a joke and they need to be dismissed.
