    Now here is something I don't understand. While some members of the party
    seem to be trying to move back towards center, to boost their appeal with
    the average American, there are some "new kids" coming up who claim that
    trying to do so is the wrong way to go. They want the party to continue to move left.

    My guess is that they will never make it out of their primaries but, then again, at least one of them is running in a part of Illinois that might eat that stuff up.

    Either both parties need to "re-center" themselves, or we need a new alternative. I doubt the latter would ever happen, though. The Democrats
    and Republicans in most states have made it very difficult for another
    party to even get on the ballots.
