I think they will. I said this in the past about the case that in front of the Supreme Court recently where Someone who had US citizenship for ~70 years.. They were a child from someone who worked at an Embassy. The Supreme Court ruled that that person was not untitled to have citizenship in the US.

In the 14th Amendment it says...

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.


The portion of text that matters is...

"And subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United State wherein they reside.".

When I became a citizen I went through a process. The process ended up win me taking an Oath to the Country and Constitution.

Administrations argue, ALL have since they implemented the 14th Amendment, that Embassy workers have allegiance to their country and not the US so their children do not have US citizenship because they were born in the US.

This is why the Embassy employee's child had their citizenship revoked after 70 years.

The 14th Amendment came after the heels of the Civil war and the Law Makers wanted to make sure the Slaves, ANY, blacks and enslaved Chinese were entitled to citizenship.

I argued before that Trump used the Embassy child's case to prove that no all babies born in the US get citizenship.

So, if you sneak into the country, and have not formally gone through the process... You need to swear allegiance to the constitution and the country.

Trump argues that climbing a fence and popping a squat to have a child does not make your child a citizen.

But we could get surprised. Maybe they will provide an "out" for the
DACA people.

I let it be known that I know a DACA and she's working through the process.

I hope she makes it, legally, if she doesn't so be it.

But I do feel for what she's going through. She was taken to the US when she was about 3 or 4 ... now in her late 20s and the US is all she knows.

We need to get a handle on the old system and pave a way forward for DACA and fix the broken parts.

Trump wants to slowdown the HB1 visas, great idea, and stop accepting people from 3rd world countries.

Focus on the citizens of the country, where as the Democrats want to focus on destroying the world as we know it.

I was watching a video where they to dovetail together what Trump was doing.

THEY SAID, and it wasn't far fetched either, Trump's attempt to get Birthright citizenship altered...

The Democrats and the Uni-Party get migrants to flock to the country... They get some kind of Temporary stay and they crank out some babies and they get to stay.

This is why they want the borders open so that MILLIONS of Illegals come in and they start cranking babies out and the new voters will be in the system.

Recall the recent case where the Supreme Court sided with Texas on their redistricting... The Democrats thought they had this rapped up and the courts said that it should be assumed that Texas Administration has honest intentions, by redistricting based on Political view, and that if it negatively impacted minorities there intention should be viewed as honest.

I think the courts are seeing the damage the Democrats are doing and their decisions reflect this.

Fun Fact... It wasn't until the 1924 that Native Americans got Citizenship. The Indian Citizenship Act was passed giving them citizenship.

They were here 1st, though we stole the land fare and square, they needed Congress to recognize them as Americans.


The 14th Amendment was passed in 1868 and yet it took 56 years to recognize a group where were BORN in the US before any of the white people showed up.

This Begs a question... Why do Native Americans need a congressional act to be a citizen and an Illegal alien just has to enter the country and pops a squat.

And the court agreed to hear arguments.

Think of all the Supreme Court rulings that went Trumps way... The courts have chimed in on, or will be, on Birthright Citizenship, Voter Roll purging, Citizens Voting to name a few.

They also spanked the lower court judges and told them not to do national pauses as it isn't in their jurisdiction to do so.

All this adds up.

Things all seem to dovetail nicely.

Midterms are going to be awesome.
