The USSC are good people. Way, way more dependable than congress.
I think there's only one way that's going to go and it will makes the Lefties howl.
But we could get surprised. Maybe they will provide an "out" for the
DACA people.
Trump looking to take out the Autopen Jurist... Maybe when she's out she can take a course on what a Woman is.
BTW, as an aside... I heard last night that Trump is looking at removing Federal Judges that were Autopenned in as well.
I hope he does. They're victimizing us bigtime and it's been going on
for too long. This country belongs to us right now, not the left.
Recall the recent case where the Supreme Court sided with Texas on their redistricting... The Democrats thought they had this rapped up and the courts said that it should be assumed that Texas Administration has
honest intentions, by redistricting based on Political view, and that if it negatively impacted minorities there intention should be viewed as honest.
I think the courts are seeing the damage the Democrats are doing and
their decisions reflect this.
The 14th Amendment was passed in 1868 and yet it took 56 years to recognize a group where were BORN in the US before any of the white
people showed up.
This Begs a question... Why do Native Americans need a congressional act to be a citizen and an Illegal alien just has to enter the country and pops a squat.

A while back I posted about a list of books that the public schools are removing from the shelves, and one of the categories is "Native Americans." The left doesn't like the concept of "Native Americans" and they're trying to erase it, and I hope that native American people are realizing this.
