    Modified Files:
    exec/load/user_info_prompts.js
    Log Message:
    Fix reversed bbs.trashcan() arguments in the user info prompts

    bbs.trashcan() takes (base_filename, search_string), but get_handle(), get_phone() and get_netmail() passed the user's input as the filename and
    the trashcan's name as the search string. Each check therefore searched a nonexistent text/<input>.can and always returned false, making the
    name.can, phone.can and email.can filters no-ops during new user
    registration and user settings.

    A new user could enter a handle that name.can forbids (e.g. one containing
    '@', which stock name.can rejects) and never be told: the prompt accepted
    it, and the check in newuser.cpp then aborted the entire registration with
    "New user handle (invalid or duplicate)" after every question had been answered. With the arguments in the documented order, the prompt re-asks instead.

    The handle and netmail checks were introduced with the module in
    2bf2347141 (2025-12-27), the phone check in 48dbc07468 (2026-01-19).
