    Modified Files:
    exec/qwk_sec.js
    Log Message:
qwk_sec.js: strict mode, and match the old C++ menu's text handling

    - Move "use strict" to the top of the file, where it takes effect (#1263)
    - Upper-case only an ASCII first letter of the Quit text for the quit key,
like C toupper() does (and as the C++ protocol prompts still do), so a
translation starting with a non-ASCII letter gets the same quit key in
    both places
    - Expand @-codes in a QWK settings text string that has no % specifiers,
as the C++ bprintf() did when printing such a string

    Modified Files:
    exec/qwk_sec.js
    Log Message:
qwk_sec.js: make the settings screen's value strings replaceable

The Ctrl-A mode values ("Expand to ANSI", "Leave in", "Strip") and the
"Un-read Only" e-mail value were the only hard-coded user-visible text
left in the QWK menu module. They now go through gettext(), so they can
be replaced in the [qwk_sec.js] or [JS] section of ctrl/text.ini, or
    translated in ctrl/text.<lang>.ini.

    See #1281
