    Modified Files:
    docs/v322_new.md exec/login.js
    Log Message:
login.js: accept a full e-mail address at the confirmation prompt

When a user who failed to login accepts the offer to have their password e-mailed to them, login.js asked them to confirm their Internet e-mail
address on the same line as the 45-character prompt. console.getstr()
limits input to the remainder of the current screen line unless
K_LINEWRAP is set, so the address was cut off at 18 characters on a
64-column terminal (34 on an 80-column one) and the confirmation then
always failed with "Incorrect e-mail address" for anything longer.

Print the prompt on its own line and pass K_LINEWRAP so the input may
wrap on narrow (e.g. 40-column) terminals, as the reporter suggested.

    Fixes #1312
