    Looks like you might need to run:

    immortal-barons -reset -data /path/to/data

    as described in the door-setup.md file.

    That is how I got world.json generated here.

    The data directory gets created when you initialize the game with a reset.

    The first time setup guide is at https://andy5995.github.io/immortal-barons/door-setup/#what-you-need or docs/door-setup.md of the immortal-barons-v0.2.8-windows-386.zip archive.

    Note The ib-sysop archive only has the gui sysop "control panel". It can do quite a bit, but can't do a reset, because it needs a data directory first.

    The game itself is in the immortal-barons-v0.2.8... archive.

    The ib-sysop program is a front-end for the immortal-barons binary. It looks for it

    1. The folder ib-sysop itself is in.
    2. Your PATH.
    3. If neither has it, whatever path you type into the Program box on the Run view.

    Thank you for the report, MRO. I've updated the docs to be more clear, and changed the message in the panel for that case.

    thats good but we don't need a new dropfile other than door.sys and door32.sys

    There's a lot of stuff missing from those (and all other legacy) drop file formats (e.g. SSH support).
